Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchases and payments. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer.
PayPal
Paying online with PayPal is easy, safe and secure.
Invoice
For companies. The usual credit check is done.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery
We ship weekdays within 24 hours. Delivery takes place with Z-Profil's own freight agreement.

Terms for delivery are also stated in the checkout during each delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, 5 working days will apply. If an article has different delivery times, it is stated at the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Toll
Any customs duties are paid by the consignee.

Exchanges

You will receive a free exchange from us if your exchange is a different size or equivalent item, if you change beyond that or add goods to the shipping.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels to our address, not against postage. In the event of a change we will pay the new freight from us to you.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the distance contract law and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or a larger part of). The item should be returned well packaged, in fine condition and in original carton.

If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function, and this has led to the article being returned less worthy, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the article's value reduction on the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you need to provide some personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.

Personal Data Controller

Responsible for the processing of personal data is Profilföretaget Z-Profil AB, 5563127314, in these conditions called Z-Profil.
When you register for a user account or make a purchase, you enter into an agreement with us and thus agree that Z-Profile processes the information you submit. Z-Profile processes the data for the purposes stated here, see the section on What the data is used for. In addition, neither personal data is collected nor used for any purpose. In no case are sensitive personal data collected.

Personal Data Assistants

Some information can be disclosed to Z-Profil's partners if it is necessary to administer and develop our services. For more information, see the section on Cookies.

Other personal data managers

The information you provide when purchasing on our website such as card number, social security number and amount is sent to payment services, such as Klarna or PayPal, which are used by us for secure card payments to authorize the amount that will be charged to your card upon payment. We may disclose your personal information to the authority when required by law or by a government decision.

What information is collected

Personal data collected are those that you provide directly or indirectly upon registration or later (name, address, email, telephone number, social security number, delivery, payment and purchase information). When using the Service, information that is personal information may be retrieved, such as technical information about the types of devices (e.g., mobile, tablet or computer) used to access the Service, IP address, information about how the device is used searches for and otherwise uses the Service such as reading history, telephony information, cookies that can identify login and device (see further section on Cookies) and location information.
Information is also obtained from external sources, such as population records.

What the data is used for

The data is used to:
• perform purchase administration for payment and billing purposes including notices to you about them.
• update and supplement your contact information,
• conduct customer surveys and internally in Z-Profil analyze the business for development and increased customer understanding,
• provide and adapt the service to you. Personal data is processed during the time you use our, or our affiliates, services or offers and during such time period thereafter as is compatible with applicable law. We may disclose your personal information to the authority when required by law or by a government decision.

Cookies

On these sites are cookies. A cookie is a text file that the browser, or its equivalent, downloads at the request of the visited website. Every cookie that is downloaded is stored in the visitor's browser and is accessible to the site through the browser when the visitor returns. You can easily access, block and remove stored cookies if desired via settings in the browser you are using. However, if you choose to block cookies in your browser, we cannot guarantee that our website will work properly. With the help of cookies, Z-Profil can keep visitor statistics, adjust the page correctly to your browser settings, simplify menu choices and in other ways increase usability for you as a visitor. Through cookies, Z-Profil can also collect information about our users' behavior on our sites and based on these designs, customize, restrict and better control what information is displayed. Z-Profile can also make use of so-called third-party cookies, i.e. cookie files provided by our partners. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and for updating it as necessary. You update your information through your Account or in contact with the website's customer service. Your login details, ie username and password, should be stored securely so that no unauthorized person can access them. If you suspect that any unauthorized person has accessed your login information, you are obliged to notify Z-Profile as soon as possible. You are responsible for any damage that has occurred as a result of unauthorized use of your login information.

Your rights

You are entitled under the Data Protection Regulation to obtain an extract of the personal data that we process about you as well as information about how we process them, provided you can prove your identity. You also have the right to request correction or supplement of the personal data we process about you. While we check that the information is accurate, you may request that your personal data processing be restricted, which means that it may only be stored by us for the time being. In the event that you have consented to a treatment, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw consent and we have no other legal basis to support us, the processing of your personal data will cease, however, without affecting the legality of the processing already performed. All requests must be made in writing and submitted to Z-Profil on Fraktvägen 2 in Umeå or emailed from the e-mail address you have registered with us to info@zprofil.se or the e-mail address of the relevant website. If you believe that our processing of your personal data is illegal or not done properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority.
